At Ultra we consider quality as our top value, we make sure that all our dental treatments are in accordance with the latest in International Quality Standards, we are also proud to have certain requirements of our own. Which is why we can offer you an “Ultra Warranty” on your treatment.

Please read the following conditions regarding our warranty:

    • What is included in the Ultra warranty?

The following services are covered, implants, crowns, bridges, fillings, post and cores and veneers.

    • What is not included in the Ultra warranty?
      The following services are not covered; scaling and polishing, whitening, endodontics, orthodontics, pedodontic fillings or root canals, temporary restoration, and cementation.
    • Length of time that our services will be covered:

Implants: 3 Years

Crowns and bridges: 2 Years

Fillings: 1 Year

Post & Cores: 1 Year provided that it is covered by a permanent restoration.

Conditions for validity:

Only the specified services (above) provided at Ultra Dental Centers are covered, previous treatments at other clinics are not included.

Our warranty will cover any loss, chipping, fracture, of any of our implants, crowns, bridges, fillings, post & cores, and veneers within the time frame specified above.

Our warranty will cover any defect in the materials or techniques used but will not cover any neglect or misuse by our customer. This will be decided by the treating provider using present and previous dental records.

Limitations:

    • Our warranty covers the restorations provided only and does not cover anything else like natural, adjacent, opposing teeth or supporting teeth.
    • Our warranty does not cover previous treatments done by our providers that have no warranty.
    • Our warranty does not cover previous treatments done by our providers whose warranty has expired.
    • Our warranty expires if you do not follow the regular checkup visits which are conducted every 3 to 6 months. These visits are scheduled according to your treatment by the treating provider.
    • Our warranty expires if you do not follow the cleaning sessions which are conducted every 3 to 6 months. These visits are scheduled according to your treatment by the treating provider.
    • Missing any of the regular checkup or regular cleaning sessions will deprive you from any warranty as these sessions are critical to prevent bacterial contamination or any undetected forces, stresses, defects that could be early diagnosed. Not attending these sessions is considered a health negligence on your part, however you need to be aware that these sessions are not complimentary, and you are expected to cover their fees.
    • If our providers notice any signs of abnormal habits such as grinding, clenching and he/she may recommend an appliance like a night guard. Neglecting to have these appliances or wearing them can affect the validity of the warranty, this can be easily diagnosed in the clinical examination sessions and this will deprive you of the warranty as the provider’s instructions were not followed.
    • Dietary habits or issues, including but not limited to; lack of care of oral hygiene, acidity, excessive consumption of complex sugars may cause food accumulation, periodontal issues, or a high susceptibility to caries. This may lead to several concerns that could affect our treatment. Failure to address those concerns will affect your warranty. If you encounter any issue kindly report to our centers or providers immediately, so we can address it right away. This early intervention will save your warranty, treatment, time, effort & money.
    • Regarding the cementation of our crowns, the cementation is covered only for the warranty period mentioned in the above section. Beyond this period, the crown cementation is not covered. Should you need to recement your crown/s you are expected to cover the fees as dental cements have a definite lifetime. Should you need to recement your crown at any time we would like you to know that we have a 24/7 emergency service, we are always here for you.
  •  Please note:
    • In case of any crisis or lock down, emergency sessions are always available. If you encounter any issue kindly report to us immediately. Your treating consultant will contact you shortly and arrange for an emergency visit if needed.
    • It is your sole responsibility to report any issues and attend your checkup/cleaning sessions or emergency visits, as these visits are scheduled according to your time and preference.
    • It is your responsibility to attend your scheduled visits at the right date and time.
    • If you are not able to attend your scheduled visit for any reason it is your responsibility to contact us to reschedule your visits to ensure that your warranty is not affected.
